From childhood sweethearts to a brood of 16 (and counting!)…
Noel and Sue first met when she was just 7 years old; her family lived in the next cul de sac to his. But it was some years later, around the time when he started hanging out with her older brother, that they got to know each other better and eventually starting going out.
Sue found out she was pregnant with her eldest child Chris when she was a mere 14 years old, but despite her tender age at the time of their first child’s arrival the couple stayed strong, moving into their first home together along with getting married, just a few years later when Sue was 17 years old. It was after they were married that they decided they would like to add to their family unit and so along came baby no.2 Sophie. Adjusting to life as a family of four they envisaged wanting 3-4 children in total in order for their family to feel complete, but after their 4th baby Jack’s arrival they decided they really weren’t ready to stop there! Sue soon became pregnant with baby no.5, Daniel.
It was just before Daniel was born that the young family decided to buy their own business; their much loved family bakery. The bakery, which they still run to this day, enables Sue and Noel to support their ever growing family. It’s through running the bakery, which they admirably juggle with their busy family life, that they have earned the luxury of being able to move their brood to a much bigger home. A 10 bedroomed home to be exact. To the Radford’s home is perfect and absolutely filled with love. Never did they imagine that when they had Chris all those years ago that they would go onto be blessed with 15 more wonderful children. In the Radford house life is busy, hardwork and a little bit crazy but they absolutely wouldn’t have it any other way.
